This list is by no means exhaustive. We are all different and that’s why it’s important that I have the opportunity to get to know as much about you as I can. I value and recognise that tailor making any treatment to you and your specific needs is the most beneficial way forward.
Generally speaking, fees are per session and are the same irrespective of the condition or issue that is being treated. In the majority of cases treatment will take place over a number of sessions. I don’t predetermine this before I have met you. We will work together on planning the number of sessions required and of course this will be influenced by your progress etc.
I am available for evening appointments and weekends.
Debit and Credit Card payments are accepted.
Payment for Online Therapy sessions is via PayPal (prior to each session).
If you have any questions or concerns then you can contact me initially either via telephone or through email. If you then decide to work with me then our first meeting would be an initial consultation to determine the best way forward.
This session will usually last between 60- 90 mins and it is my opportunity to give you quality time to talk through your issues, for me to listen and to ask questions that will help me to work through the most appropriate treatment plan that we can then agree on. I consider this to be valuable time for us to start building a strong therapeutic relationship.
These sessions will usually last between 45-60 mins. In these sessions we will use a range of techniques, including deep relaxation as well as guided imagery and suggestion to support you. These sessions may also include other strategies such as counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy etc. We will have worked through how we use these sessions as part of our discussion and agreement of your treatment plan. There is no prescribed number of these sessions but typically it would be 3 or 4 with more if felt necessary.
