The exam season is gearing up again for this year and it always concerns me (both as a parent and teacher!) to see the impact of anxiety and stress on the well-being of an increasing number of pupils and students. It can be a tough time for staff too!

Learning and practising strategies that help can be invaluable. These can build resilience, allow people to cope better and develop a more positive and healthy mindset that has long term benefits.
